Professional experience in the fields of administrative law, economic administrative law, concessions, public-private partnerships, public procurement, and regulation of public services and private investment.
Fellow of the 14th University Extension Course given by Peru’s Supervisory Body for Investment in Public Transport Infrastructure, as we well as teaching assistant on the "Concessions law and the private investment promotion regime" course at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos in 2016 and 2018.
Current head of the Events and Training Unit at PsychoLAWgy and analyst at the Directorate of Behavioral Insights into Public Policies, focused on researching cognitive biases and heuristics that influence the success or failure of regulations and public policies.
