Senior Associate Consultant

Lawyer from the University of Lima. LLM Master of Laws, New York University. Currently, studying a MSc in Public Policy at the University of Bath, United Kingdom.

She has professional experience as an external consultant for the German Cooperation (GIZ) and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB). She was Senior Advisor to the General Directorate of Policy and Regulatory Analysis of the Ministry of Production, Vice Ministry of MYPE and Industry, an agency in which she was responsible for the formulation of public policies and regulations applying the regulatory impact assessment (RIA) tool. In that position she also participated in negotiations of trade agreements, and she was the focal point of the OECD in regulatory matters and a member of the Regulatory Improvement Committee of the Ministry. Previously, she worked as a consultant for the National Environmental Certification Service for Sustainable Investments (SENACE) and as Director of the Oversight Directorate of the Environmental Agency (OEFA), where she was the focal point with the OECD during the evaluation of the country's environmental performance report. She has also worked at the International Institute for Sustainable Development (IISD), at INDECOPI as Deputy Head of the Antidumping and Countervailing Duties Commission, and as a professional intern at the Competition Commission (COMCO) in Switzerland.

She has studied regulation at the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom and works as a part-time professor at several universities in regulation and administrative law.
